VRM Trans Parts, LLC offers FREE SHIPPING on all individual part orders in the continental United States.

At this time, VRM Trans Parts, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Parts: There is a 30-day return and exchange policy on all un-used/un-opened parts purchased from VRM Trans Parts, LLC.  All Returns must be sent to the address on your original invoice, and buyer pays for return shipping. However, outbound shipping costs may be deducted from possible credit, but any items that have been opened and/or installed we cannot accept back for credit. Torque Converters: Original freight and return freight is the obligation of the buyer until the converter is received by VRM Trans Parts, LLC. and we deemed it defective due to a manufacturing error or covered part failure.

 

VRM Trans Parts, LLC are in no way responsible for any damages that may incur due to improper installation of any parts purchased from our website, damage to the owners property, or shop time, materials, and labor.
